Production an management of educational resources at the Open University of Brazil

An investigation on the University Centers for Distance Education (NEaDs) in higher education institutions in Brazil which are part of the Open University consortium (UAB). Starting from document analysis, we conducted interviews and focus groups to understand the management, production and dissemination of educational resources within these institutions with a focus on UAB. We investigated policy and institutional relationships (internal/external) as well as perceptions and conditions for openness.
